Exchange & Return Policy

نظرًا لطبيعة منتجات الحلقان وحرصًا على معايير النظافة والسلامة، فإن جميع المبيعات نهائية ولا يُسمح بالاستبدال أو الاسترجاع بعد إتمام عملية الشراء.

في حال وجود عيب مصنعي في المنتج، يرجى التواصل مع خدمة العملاء خلال ٧ أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب مع إرفاق صور واضحة للعيب، ليتم التحقق من الحالة واتخاذ الإجراء المناسب.

يرجى ملاحظة أن ميلان أو انثناء عمود الحلق يُعد سوء استخدام ولا يُعتبر عيبًا مصنعيًا، وبالتالي لا يشمله الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع.

Exchange & Return Policy

Due to the nature of earrings and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final and items cannot be exchanged or returned after purchase.

If the product has a manufacturing defect, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the defect so the case can be reviewed and the appropriate action taken.

Please note that bent or tilted earring posts are considered misuse and are not classified as manufacturing defects; therefore, they are not eligible for exchange or return.
